The land is at 312 Blackstone Drive.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"h893446-p2\" class=\"permalinkable\">Justin Thibaut, CEO of LSI Cos. which brokered the deal, says the buyer plans to build a large scale retail development project on the property.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"h893446-p3\" class=\"permalinkable\">The sale, he says, \u201cfollows continued increased residential permitting activity throughout Lehigh Acres and surrounding areas, and the substantial infrastructure improvements made to the corridor over the past five years.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"h893446-p4\" class=\"permalinkable\">The buyer is an LLC whose address according to state records matches that of the Ohio-based commercial real estate and development firm Casto.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"h893446-p5\" class=\"permalinkable\">Thibaut and Hunter Ward represented the local seller, an LLC.
