Developed by a joint venture between Merrimac Ventures and Aria Development Group, the project is slated for completion in 2026.

Rising at 600 NE First Ave., the tower will deliver 606 fully furnished residences with no rental restrictions – a model that has attracted global buyers from across the U.S., Colombia, Turkey, Argentina, and beyond. The building’s flexible ownership and turn-key short-term rental format made it one of the most in-demand residential offerings in Miami’s urban core. OneWorld Properties handled sales for the project, which sold out ahead of construction.

Designed by Revuelta Architecture with interiors curated by award-winning design firm The Design Agency, residences will range from 407-square-foot studios to 830-square-foot two-bedrooms, priced from the $400,000s at launch. Each home will feature floor-to-ceiling glass, expansive balconies, custom Italian cabinetry, top-of-the-line appliances, and thoughtfully furnished interiors.

“This milestone is a testament to the market demand for flexible ownership options in the heart of Miami,” said Nitin Motwani, co-managing partner of Merrimac Ventures.

“600 Miami Worldcenter represents the right product, at the right price, in the right location – and topping off brings us one step closer to delivering a new way to live and invest in Downtown Miami,” Motwani added.

“We’re proud to celebrate the tower’s vertical completion as we expand our residential footprint in Downtown Miami,” said David Arditi, managing partner of Aria Development Group. “600 Miami Worldcenter has resonated with a new generation of buyers who value design, flexibility, and access to one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in the country.”

Amenities at 600 Miami Worldcenter will cater to residents and guests alike, including a rooftop resort-style pool and lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center with private outdoor training space by Homage Fitness, a resident lounge and co-working suite, summer kitchen, porte-cochère entry, 24-hour attended lobby, and dedicated storage and bike facilities.

600 Miami Worldcenter joins a wave of residential development at Miami Worldcenter, the second-largest urban development in the U.S. after Hudson Yards. The “city within a city” spans 10 city blocks, with a mix of residential, hospitality, retail, dining, and entertainment uses, and is adjacent to Brightline’s MiamiCentral station, providing direct high-speed rail service throughout South Florida and Orlando.

Within Miami Worldcenter, Merrimac Ventures is soon delivering The Crosby, a sold-out 450-unit condominium with no rental restrictions, and Flow House, a 40-story, 466-unit condominium in partnership with Adam Neumann’s Flow – both slated for completion later this year.
