Miracle Mile will transform into a Halloween haven for the city\u2019s \u201cTrick-or-Treat on the Mile\u201d event. Families are encouraged to come in costume and participate in an array of activities, including face painting, balloon artistry, book readings and a magic show. Participating businesses along Miracle Mile will hand out candy to eager trick-or- treaters.
