This location had also been warned previously.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">At China Garden in Homestead, inspectors discovered rodent droppings inside the kitchen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Below is a list of these locations and some of their violations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">All of the places listed below were allowed to reopen after an ordered cleanup and re-inspection.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">**CHINA GARDEN CHINESE RESTAURANT<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">27100 S. DIXIE HIGHWAY <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">HOMESTEAD<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">ORDERED SHUT 1\/8<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">18 VIOLATIONS FOUND<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cRodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed approximately 12 rodent droppings at kitchen area.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cFood-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed cooked ribs and cooked crispy chicken stored in soiled containers in standing unit next to fryer at cook line.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cBowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed inside sweet sauce container at kitchen area, operator removed during inspection.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cTime\/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cooked rice (112F &#8211; Hot Holding) at cook line, as per operator less than 2 hours, operator moved rice container to walk in cooler.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cTime\/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cooked shrimp (49F &#8211; Cold Holding) in reach in cooler at cook line, as per operator less than 2 hours.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">**DUNKIN DONUTS<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">901 WEST STATE ROAD 84<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">FORT LAUDERDALE <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">INSPECTION BASED ON COMPLAINT<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">ORDERED SHUT 1\/7<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">6 VIOLATIONS FOUND<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">ROACH ISSUE SPOTTED 8\/22\/25(WARNING)<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cRoach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. 1) Observed one live roach on floor behind left flip top cooler at cook line. 2) Observed approximately 5 live roaches on floor behind right flip top cooler at cook line.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cFloor soiled\/has accumulation of debris. Observed food debris on floor behind donut stand at front counter. Operator cleaned during inspection.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cCeiling\/ceiling tiles\/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. One dead roach inside hand washing sink at entrance to kitchen . 2. One dead roach in corner of wall next to hand wash sink. 3. Five dead roaches on electrical circuit next to front counter entrance door. 4. Approximately 8 dead roaches on floor in corner of kitchen next to standing mixer. 5. 4 dead roaches under nonfunctional steam table in kitchen next to cans of sausage. 6. Approximately 4 dead stuck on nonfunctional oven door in kitchen. 7. Approximately 25 dead roaches on glue stick in heater room where dry goods are stored.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cFood-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. 1. Microwave handle soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. 2. Dry storage ingredients rack soiled with food debris.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cNonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. 1. Around all cooking equipment soiled with grease and food debris. 2. Wall behind triple sink is solid with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. 3. Walk in cooler fan has buildup of mold.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cObserved in kitchen, brownish water with food debris backing up through floor drain under three compartment sink. When faucet is turned on employee is collecting the dirty water in buckets .
