Despite being warned repeatedly about a roach problem, one South Florida restaurant couldn\u2019t get it under control and was finally ordered shut last week.<\/p>\n
Records show multiple warnings dating back to 2024.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, at a Dunkin\u2019 Donuts in Fort Lauderdale, inspectors found live roaches crawling around the cook line. This location had also been warned previously.<\/p>\n
At China Garden in Homestead, inspectors discovered rodent droppings inside the kitchen.<\/p>\n
Below is a list of these locations and some of their violations.<\/p>\n
All of the places listed below were allowed to reopen after an ordered cleanup and re-inspection.<\/p>\n

\u201cTime\/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cooked rice (112F – Hot Holding) at cook line, as per operator less than 2 hours, operator moved rice container to walk in cooler.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cTime\/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cooked shrimp (49F – Cold Holding) in reach in cooler at cook line, as per operator less than 2 hours.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cObserved in kitchen, brownish water with food debris backing up through floor drain under three compartment sink. When faucet is turned on employee is collecting the dirty water in buckets . Establishment has two three compartment sink linked to one pipe.\u201d<\/p>\n
