Attorneys told Judge Michael Kraynick they each have a few depositions and experts to interview in the coming months.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">John Notaril, one of Hill\u2019s attorneys, said he believes June is a realistic timeline.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cI look forward to my day in truth,\u201d Hill told reporters after the hearing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Hill was in indicted in 2024 on charges related to elder abuse and fraud after an investigation by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">She was then removed from her city council seat by Gov.
