A $133 million beachfront compound in Naples was the highest-priced home to sell in 2025, as Florida dominated a list of the 10 most expensive homes sales last year, according to a news release from RedFin. <\/p>\n

Overall, Los Angeles and coastal Florida accounted for nine of the properties on the top 10 list.<\/p>\n

Nabbing the No. 1 spot, the sprawling 8,846-square-foot Naples home, boasting six bedrooms and 14.5 baths, sold in April. The sale price breaks down to just over $15,000 per square foot. <\/p>\n

In the No. 4 spot, a Miami estate sitting on 4.5 acres of Biscayne Bay waterfront in Coconut Grove sold for $101.5 million in December. <\/p>\n

The Mediterranean-style property has multiple homes, a pool and waterfall, and a dock with a boat lift, as well as a 100-year-old Banyan tree and rare plants. The seller, Jonathan Lewis, pieced together 10 parcels of land over decades to create the estate, according to Redfin. <\/p>\n

That same month, a North Palm Beach home in Lost Tree Village landed in the No. 5 spot when it sold for $97.5 million. The seller was Wrigley\u2019s chewing gum heir and the company\u2019s former CEO William Wrigley, Jr. <\/p>\n

At No. 8 is an ultra-modern Miami Beach residence on La Gorce Island – a mansion dubbed \u201cOkto\u201d – which sold for nearly $75 million in April. The property, sitting on 1.1 acres, boasts 260 feet of Biscayne Bay frontage, a Guggenheim-inspired spiral staircase, a large pool, a 100-foot-long great room and an elevator.<\/p>\n

A Palm Beach estate in North End that sold for $66.1 million in late December is at No. 9 on the list.
