Portions of the warehouse feature ceilings reaching roughly 30 feet, creating the opportunity for a light-filled workspace with a clean, modern industrial vibe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">In addition to coworking space, Lapin plans to carve out roughly 2,000 square feet of retail at the southeast corner of the building, fronting 23rd Avenue South.
