Bower, Esq., is returning as chairman and is being joined by Carlos Kelly, Esq.; Sally Brumfield, CSA; and Delisa Smith, MBM. The officers lead a board of directors that includes Peter Dennis; Mike Ellis; Scot D. Goldberg, Esq.; Teri Hansen, APR; Madelyn Issacs, Ph.D.; Jim Reilly; Bill Weaver; and Matthew Zwack.<\/p>\n<p>Kelly was appointed vice chairman. A business and real estate trial lawyer at Henderson, Franklin, Starnes &amp; Holt, P.A., Kelly has served on SalusCare\u2019s finance committee and was previously board chair of The IMAG History &amp; Science Center. Kelly has been recognized as a \u201cTop Lawyer\u201d by Naples Illustrated; named to Super Lawyers magazine\u2019s list; and recognized by Best Lawyers in America. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University and a Juris Doctor from Emory University.<\/p>\n<p>Smith, secretary of the board, is a television personality, innovator, award-winning speaker, best-selling author and entrepreneur. She serves as the co-founder and president of FemaleRUS, an organization dedicated to supporting women and promoting small businesses through networking platforms, and is a financial consultant with Axianta. Smith works with the Greater Works Ministry and the Project Liberty Organization. She completed her undergraduate studies and earned a master\u2019s degree in business management at the University of Central Arkansas, and she is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority.<\/p>\n<p>Brumfield, a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), will serve as SalusCare\u2019s treasurer. In her current role as the development director for the Legacy Foundation at Shell Point, she leads efforts in fundraising, donor relations and strategic initiatives that strengthen and sustain the Shell Point community. She has served as co-chair for Women in Business through the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, on the executive committee for the Go Red for Women Luncheon and has supported many other nonprofit causes throughout Southwest Florida.
