{"id":121928,"date":"2026-01-17T12:43:06","date_gmt":"2026-01-17T12:43:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/121928\/"},"modified":"2026-01-17T12:43:06","modified_gmt":"2026-01-17T12:43:06","slug":"new-skyway-lofts-open-in-south-st-pete-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/121928\/","title":{"rendered":"New Skyway Lofts open in South St. Pete"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. \u2014\u00a0A ribbon cutting was held Tuesday for the second phase of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skywaylofts.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Skyway Lofts\u00a0in St. Petersburg<\/a>, adding 66 new units of affordable housing to the Skyway Marina District.<\/p>\n<p>Public and private leaders say as the Skyway Marina District continues to grow, preserving housing for people earning less than 80 percent of the area median income is critical.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>According to the builders, the mid-rise development consists of two buildings and offers 131 thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom apartment homes.
