CAPE CORAL, Fla.\u2014The Cape Coral Police Department is investigating an aggravated assault incident on Miramar Street, near York Street, in South Cape Coral.<\/p>\n

According to a WINK News viewer, police gathered around the area at around 11 a.m. on Thursday.<\/p>\n

Police confirmed to WINK News that an active search had occurred, saying K9s and drones are in the area.\u00a0<\/p>\n

At 1 p.m., police cleared the scene. They say\u00a0that they do not have anyone in custody at this point.<\/p>\n
