ORLANDO, Fla. \u2013 Another cold front will usher in Arctic air again across Central Florida. Subfreezing temperatures are expected early Monday morning for many locations, prompting a Weather Alert Day from Sunday night into Monday morning.<\/p>\n

Wind chills will be especially cold, dropping into the 20s across much of the region, so if you are heading out early, be sure to bundle up.<\/p>\n

If you have not already, take steps now to protect pets, plants, and pipes. If you are cold, your pets are cold. Bring them indoors, or make sure they have a warm shelter with food and water. Sensitive and tropical plants should be brought inside if potted, or covered if left outdoors. <\/p>\n
Pipes should generally be fine, but northern counties may dealing with a hard freeze and may want to take extra precautions with exposed pipes and outdoor spigots by covering them or allowing a slow drip of water.<\/p>\n
