The company now operates under the third generation of Pappas leadership with <a href=\"https:\/\/southfloridaagentmagazine.com\/2023\/01\/19\/christina-pappas-named-president-of-the-keyes-company\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Christina Pappas<\/a> serving as president and <a href=\"https:\/\/southfloridaagentmagazine.com\/2021\/04\/16\/keyes-report-its-a-perfect-storm-for-south-florida-luxury-market\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Mike Pappas<\/a> as CEO.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSurvival is not accidental \u2014 it\u2019s intentional,\u201d Mike Pappas said in a press release. \u201cFrom my father Ted to my brother Tim and me, to Christina and our current leadership team, the guiding question has always been: What do consumers need right now, and how do we deliver it better than anyone else?
