JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2013 Emergency crews were on the scene of a crash on the Dames Point Bridge Wednesday night. <\/p>\n
As of 6:30 p.m., the northbound left lane was blocked. <\/p>\n
Traffic cameras showed backups that spanned to Monument Road. <\/p>\n
An hour later, all lanes were back open. <\/p>\n
