One of America\u2019s most beloved chicken chains is landing right in your backyard. Yes, Chick-fil-A is opening its very first location in the Grove, and if you know anything about Miami\u2019s <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.miaminewtimes.com\/food-drink\/pompano-has-a-ton-of-fried-chicken-spots-and-theyre-mad-about-it-23674977\/\">love for fried chicken chains<\/a>, you know people are about to lose their minds.<\/p>\n<p>The news comes courtesy of real estate insider<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DT020V_DzSG\/?hl=en\"> Lynley Ciorobea, <\/a>who <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DT020V_DzSG\/?hl=en\">just broke the story on her Instagram account<\/a>. According to her, the new Chick-fil-A will be nestled at the corner of U.S. 1 and Carter Street near the Wendy\u2019s and U.S. Post Office. The exact address will be 3510 S. Dixie Hwy., Miami.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"629\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/header.webp.jpeg\" alt=\"a fried chicken sandwich next to a cup of soda\" class=\"wp-image-40012326\"  \/>Homestead and Pinecrest got their Chick-fil-A restaurants in 2025<\/p>\n<p>The Grove Had Been Hesitant to Accept Chain Spots<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re already visualizing the line of cars snaking through the Grove, you\u2019re not alone. After all, Chick-fil-A isn\u2019t just another fast-food joint; it\u2019s a cultural phenomenon.<\/p>\n<p>However, once news broke a few years ago that Chipotle was opening at Grove Central, chains slowly started to appear, including Pinecrest Bakery near 27th Ave. and U.S. 1. Therefore, this opening feels like a no-brainer. More condominiums lining U.S. 1 near the Gables and the Grove mean more college students and young adults seeking quick, affordable meals. This will also be the closest Chick-fil-A to the University of Miami campus.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s The Clucking Big Deal?<\/p>\n<p>Known for its iconic chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and unparalleled customer service, Chick-fil-A has amassed a fan base that borders on devotion. While Miami already has a handful of locations,  including its recent openings in Pinecrest and Homestead, Coconut Grove was conspicuously missing out \u2014 until now.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s the big deal, you ask? It\u2019s not just about chicken; it\u2019s about tradition. Families, college students, and professionals alike flock to Chick-fil-A for that signature taste and friendly experience. Coconut Grove is a fiercely loyal community, and now they\u2019ll have their very own Chick-fil-A to rally around. Whether you\u2019re snagging a chicken biscuit in the morning while sitting bumper-to-bumper on U.S. 1 at 8:30 a.m. or getting a classic sandwich with extra Chick-fil-A sauce after a long day of working downtown, one thing is clear \u2014 the Grove\u2019s dining scene is seeing more openings than ever.<\/p>\n<p>Chick-fil-A. 3510 S.
