\u201cSo, they do housekeeping, they do servers, they do valet,\u201d Baugh-Walker said.<\/p>\n
She\u2019s talking about foreign workers who come to the U.S. on what\u2019s called an H-2B Visa for temporary non-agricultural jobs. Baugh-Walker is hoping her brother, Oshane, could be one of them. <\/p>\n

It\u2019s registered in state records to Marsha Williams-Herman and another person with an address in Florida\u2019s panhandle. Two payments went directly to Marsha Williams-Herman. <\/p>\n Delma Baugh-Walker said, \u201cFrom my understanding, Marsha was the one who was responsible for the program.\u201d<\/p>\n After she paid, her brother did meet with people in Jamaica. He handed over his passport but said he hasn\u2019t heard anything since. After trying to get her money back, Delma received messages from a woman named Marsha claiming the money went to someone else named Marlon.<\/p>\n Orlando tow company accused of taking car before time expired<\/a><\/p>\n On one message, Marsha is heard saying, \u201cEvery dollar what was sent to mama, sent to Marlon. I may have my proof.\u201d<\/p>\n When Action 9 tracked Marsha down in Orlando at the address of a different business registered in her name she at first denied who she was.<\/p>\n Action 9 Consumer Investigator Jeff Deal asked, \u201cYou\u2019re Marsha?\u201d<\/p>\n She answered, \u201cNo, I\u2019m not.\u201d<\/p>\n Deal questioned, \u201cYou\u2019re not?\u201d<\/p>\n Marsha said, \u201cNo.\u201d<\/p>\n But later she admitted she was in fact Marsha Williams-Herman.<\/p>\n Jeff Deal asked, \u201cYou owned Carters Hospitality?\u201d<\/p>\n She replied, \u201cI do own Carters Hospitality.\u201d<\/p>\n Even after Action 9 showed her receipts , she said she didn\u2019t remember getting any money from Delma Baugh-Walker, but was aware of someone named Marlon who was offering to bring workers from Jamaica to central Florida.<\/p>\n
