CLEARWATER, FL (Jan. 20, 2026) \u2014 Beachside Hospitality Group has acquired Palm Pavilion Beachside Grill & Bar, an iconic Clearwater dining destination located directly on the beach at 10 Bay Esplanade. Beachside Hospitality Group, based in St. Petersburg, owns and operates 15 restaurant brands across Florida with a focus on waterfront dining experiences. The transaction is expected to close next week. Palm Pavilion will be temporarily closed for a short transition period and is anticipated to reopen later that week.<\/p>\n
Established in 1926, Palm Pavilion is a landmark of Clearwater\u2019s beachfront dining scene known for its lively atmosphere and menu featuring seafood favorites. The restaurant will continue to operate under its existing name. Beachside Hospitality intends to retain the restaurant\u2019s employees and build upon Palm Pavilion\u2019s long-standing reputation while enhancing the guest experience.<\/p>\n

The acquisition marks Beachside Hospitality Group\u2019s fifth restaurant in Clearwater and its 16th location statewide. In Pinellas County, the group\u2019s portfolio includes Salty Crab Bar & Grill, Crabby\u2019s Dockside, Salty\u2019s Island Bar & Grille, and Crabby\u2019s Bar & Grill.<\/p>\n
