ST. PETERSBURG \u2014 St. Petersburg police arrested the second suspect in a Jan. 5 robbery at a CVS store on Third Street South.<\/p>\n
Antone Jones, 25, was arrested Jan. 13 and charged with armed robbery, police said. His alleged accomplice, Joseph Lee-Brown, 26, was arrested Jan. 6 in Hillsborough County and also charged with armed robbery.<\/p>\n
Police said two masked men entered the CVS at 301 Third St. S. just before midnight Jan. 5. Jones shoved a salesclerk while Lee-Brown sprayed store employees in the face with pepper spray, according to police. The two ran from the store with more than $1,000 in merchandise.<\/p>\n
The robbery is part of a string of similar crimes reported across the region, including three in St. Petersburg since Dec. 1, police said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"ST.
