She also has been a senior designer and manager for her overall 33 and a half years with the company and also has served as a corporate officer for the past seven years.<\/p>\n<p>She was named president earlier this month.<\/p>\n<p>Having been in business since 1946, the retailer is celebrating its 80th anniversary this year.
