The event takes place Jan. 30\u201331 starting at 9 a.m. at the St. Cloud Civic Center, located at 1301 17th St.<\/p>\n
According to Morales, this hiring event is all about making the process easier and a whole lot faster for qualified officers looking to transition into a new agency.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis event is designed to streamline everything,\u201d Morales explained. \u201cInstead of applicants traveling to multiple locations or waiting weeks between steps, we\u2019re completing testing, interviews, and physical abilities all in one place.\u201d<\/p>\n
The two-day event is open to:<\/p>\n
Florida state-certified law enforcement officers<\/p>\n
Out-of-state officers eligible for Equivalency of Training (EOT)<\/p>\n
By consolidating the process into a single location, the department hopes to remove many of the common barriers officers face when considering a move, including time off work, travel costs, and long hiring timelines.<\/p>\n
