Officials observed a black motorcycle traveling over 105 mph in a 45 mph zone. The official initiated a traffic stop as the motorcycle continued through multiple turns in the residential neighborhood before finally coming to a stop at a residence.It was then discovered that a child was riding as a passenger on the back of the motorcycle during the high-speed ride. The child was seen wearing a helmet. When asked about his speed, Johnson told the officer he was testing the motorcycle due to mechanical issues.Due to the severity of Johnson\u2019s actions, including his excessive speed while transporting a child, he was placed under arrest.
