Like the other metros on the list, many of which were located in the Midwest or Sunbelt, Miami offered prime conditions for buyers \u2014 meaning <a href=\"https:\/\/southfloridaagentmagazine.com\/2025\/06\/04\/zillow-miami-homebuyers-competition\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">options abounded<\/a> and price remained in check.<\/p>\n<p>The typical value of a Miami home sat at $466,837 with a forecasted annual home value change of just 2.5 %.<\/p>\n<p>Buyers in Miami can expect to spend around 46.7 % of a median household income to afford a typical mortgage payment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLower competition gives buyers more time to decide and wiggle room to negotiate, adding up to a less stressful shopping experience,\u201d said Orphe Divounguy, senior economist at Zillow. \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/southfloridaagentmagazine.com\/2025\/08\/26\/miami-dade-home-sales-prices-slide-in-july-as-inventory-increases\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Cooling prices<\/a> today, paired with expected growth ahead, make for a good entry point for those who have been waiting for the right moment.
