(WFLA) \u2014 The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/news\/articles\/southwest-florida-water-management-district-160641678.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:Southwest Florida Water Management District;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link  yahoo-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Southwest Florida Water Management District<\/a> declared a \u201csevere\u201d water shortage for several counties across Tampa Bay on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The order goes into effect on Sunday, Feb. 8 and will stay in place through July 1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">It applies to all of Citrus, DeSoto, Hardee, Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota, and Sumter counties; portions of Charlotte, Highlands, and Lake counties; the City of Dunnellon and The Villages in Marion County; and the\u00a0portion\u00a0of Gasparilla Island in Lee County.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><a class=\"link  yahoo-link\" href=\"https:\/\/autos.yahoo.com\/policy-and-environment\/articles\/legal-warm-car-driving-florida-150307487.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:Is it legal to warm up your car before driving in Florida?;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> Is it legal to warm up your car before driving in Florida?
