TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Questions still linger for family members after a string of three murders occurred recently in Leon County and Valdosta, Georgia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Flay Rollins<\/a>, 54, is accused of killing two women in Leon County and a man in Valdosta within days. <\/p>\n

Among those victims was Sheena Kenon<\/a>, the mother of his child. She leaves behind four children.<\/p>\n

Her brother Horace Kenon says he can\u2019t believe the person charged with killing her is the father of one of the children.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s like I got so many questions,\u201d Horace Kenon said.<\/p>\n

Horace Kenon\u2019s sadness over his sister is intensified by his need for answers. \u201cHow did he get out of jail with a $1,000 bond? That\u2019s my main question, and who authorized that?\u201d he asked. \u201cI\u2019m just taking it one day at a time, you know, but it\u2019s hard,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Deputies say Rollins confessed to shooting Sheena Kenon multiple times in the Apalachicola National Forest, just before dragging her farther into the woods to shoot her again.<\/p>\n

Before Sheena Kenon\u2019s death, court records revealed that Rollins was sentenced to four years in prison for stabbing her in 2018<\/p>\n

Furthermore, Rollins was out on bond and awaiting trial in May on an unrelated attempted murder charge. He was accused of stabbing his girlfriend with a box cutter in 2023.<\/p>\n

However, Horace Kenon says he didn\u2019t know Rollins was out on bond at the time his sister was killed. \u201cIf I would\u2019ve known that, I probably would\u2019ve got my sister and put her up somewhere,\u201d he said. \u201cSome of this could\u2019ve been prevented if they would\u2019ve known where he was at all times. But they didn\u2019t care, nah, they didn\u2019t care.\u201d<\/p>\n

As of Wednesday, Rollins remains behind bars in Tallahassee in connection to the three murders.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors may file a fourth murder charge because the other female victim, Otica Williams, was reportedly pregnant at the time of her death.<\/p>\n

At this time, no court dates have been set.<\/p>\n
