Among those precautions are:<\/p>\n<p>Avoid direct contact with sick or deceased birds<br \/>\nPeople who see dead birds should contact FWC<br \/>\nAvoid handling wildlife<br \/>\nKeep pets away from birds and affected areas<br \/>\nDo not put bird feeders or bird baths close to domestic poultry<br \/>\nClean and disinfect bird feeders and birdbaths often, and wear rubber gloves while doing so.
