TALLAHASSEE\u00a0\u2013 Led by First Team Academic All-American Duce Robinson<\/a>, Florida State placed 22 players on the All-ACC Academic Team, announced Friday. The 22 players are the third-highest total in program history and ranked third in the conference.

\nRobinson was a CSC First Team Academic All-American, the ninth in program history and first since 2012. Offensive lineman Jayden Todd<\/a> and linebacker AJ Cottrill<\/a> joined Robinson as CSC All-District honorees, while Cottrill, Donny Hiebert<\/a> and Justin Cryer<\/a> were recognized on the All-ACC Academic Team for the third time in their careers.

\nMason Arnold<\/a>, Shyheim Brown<\/a>, Caziah Holmes<\/a>, Jacob Rizy<\/a> and KJ Sampson<\/a> were all recognized for the second time in their career.

\nAcademic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team include a 3.0-grade point average for the previous two semesters and a 3.0 cumulative average during one’s academic career, while being enrolled at the institution for at least one year and being classified as an undergraduate student. In addition, student-athletes must compete in at least 50 percent of their team’s athletic contests.
