CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) \u2013 The Atlantic Coast Conference will once again dominate Friday nights during the 2026 college football season, delivering its most compelling slate of Friday primetime games ever across all of college football. With marquee matchups and national brands, ACC Football Fridays will feature high-stakes action nearly every week of the season.

\nThe 2026 ACC Football Fridays schedule begins in Week 1 with a conference game as Miami travels to Stanford on September 4, setting the tone for a season packed with high-profile conference showdowns. The slate continues with key league matchups throughout September and October, including Miami at Wake Forest in Week 3, Clemson at California in Week 4, Pitt at Virginia Tech in Week 5 and Florida State at Louisville in Week 6.

\nFriday, September 11, will see not one but two contests involving ACC teams, as Boston College hosts Rutgers and Louisville welcomes Villanova in Week 2. BC\u2019s home contest versus Rutgers will take place on the 25th Anniversary of 9\/11 and serve as the Eagles\u2019 annual Red Bandana Game honoring the memory of 9\/11 Hero Welles Crowther.

\nOctober and November feature the heart of the conference race, highlighted by multiple games that could be chosen for Friday night primetime during Weeks 8-10, including potential contests such as California at SMU, Duke at Virginia, Clemson at Syracuse, Louisville at Georgia Tech and Virginia Tech at SMU. The schedule will feature one Friday night matchup in each of Weeks 8, 9, and 10, with additional details to be announced at a later time.

\nThe Friday night spotlight remains on the ACC late in the season, with pivotal matchups like Florida State at Pitt in Week 11 and Virginia Tech at Miami in Week 12, before closing out Thanksgiving week with a national rivalry showdown as Florida visits Florida State on Black Friday in Week 13.
