The total cost for both would amount to more than $1 billion, with the Florida property valued at roughly $750 million. <\/p>\n<p>Host currently owns both properties, paying $610 million for the Orlando Four Seasons in 2021 and $315 million for the Jackson Hole location in $315 million. The Four Seasons neighborhood expansion was\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wdwnt.com\/2024\/07\/four-seasons-expansion-announced-golden-oak-wdw\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" aria-describedby=\"external-link-warning\">announced earlier <\/a>in 2024. The project by HHR FSO LAND LLC is located in Golden Oak\u2019s new Florian Park, the enclave features nine boutique homes and 31 luxe residences in a mid-rise tower.
