GLOBE-MIAMI, AZ (AZFamily) \u2014 The search for 21-year-old Isabella Comas has intensified as she has been missing from Avondale for nearly three weeks<\/a>, with blood reportedly found in her car, prompting desperate efforts to locate her.<\/p>\n

Chris Castorena, a private investigator hired by Comas\u2019 family, said the family wants Comas to know that if she sees this, she should just come home. <\/p>\n

\u201cThey love her. They miss her,\u201d said Castorena.<\/p>\n

He is the CEO of Arizona Private Investigation Services.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor me, I\u2019m just that extra support in telling them (her family) the procedures, what\u2019s going on, and just giving them, you know, step-by-step directions on what\u2019s going on,\u201d Castorena said.<\/p>\n

Castorena said his leads in locating Comas point to the Globe-Miami<\/a> area.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m trying to be careful with it because there\u2019s a criminal investigation going on, but I can say is there was (sic) indications that she was there. So, we\u2019re just following up on all the leads we can right now,\u201d Castorena said.<\/p>\n

The development comes as the man, still being called a person of interest in the case, appeared in court. Tommy Rodgruiez, 39, was Comas\u2019 boyfriend and faces charges<\/a> related to stealing Comas\u2019 car as well as other charges in the case, but not for her disappearance<\/a>. He pleaded not guilty Friday.<\/p>\n

Castorena is organizing a massive search effort with volunteers heading to the Globe-Miami area this weekend.<\/p>\n

\u201cIsabella is somewhere and we just got to find her,\u201d Castorena said. \u201cWe have a lot of volunteers coming already with side by sides, the four wheels and so on and so forth. We have people going to be walking on the streets, hanging out flyers.\u201d<\/p>\n

The plan is to comb the areas looking for any sign of Comas. Castorena instructed volunteers that if they see any evidence, don\u2019t touch it.<\/p>\n

\u201cJust back away, they\u2019ll be calling me. And then if it\u2019s anything credible, then I\u2019ll call law enforcement and they\u2019ll take the evidence,\u201d Castorena said.<\/p>\n

Volunteers will meet at the Walmart in Miami<\/a> at 10 a.m. Saturday. The plan is to search until 4 p.m. Castorena asked volunteers to bring plenty of water, snacks and clothes that can handle rough terrain.<\/p>\n
