They came out on top against the St. Petersburg Green Devils<\/a> by a score of 69-62. The victory almost wasn’t to be: the Eagles were down 58-44 in the third quarter.<\/p>\n Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead East Lake to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jordan Bryant<\/a>, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and 16 boards. That’s the most rebounds Bryant has posted since back in January of 2025. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeremiah Cooper<\/a>, who went 6-for-13 en route to 18 points in addition to eight boards and four steals.<\/p>\n East Lake was working as a unit and finished the game with 14 assists. They are a perfect 22-0 when they’ve passed the ball that well.<\/p>\n East Lake’s record now sits at 23-2. As for St. Petersburg, the loss snapped their winning streak at nine games and leaves them with a 16-9 record.<\/p>\n Coming up, East Lake will face off against Steinbrenner at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles will be up against the Warriors’ rather soft defense (which has allowed 60.32 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. St. Petersburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now.<\/p>\n
