The direction of the wind, the frigid temperatures and the moisture in the air fell into a specific dance just long enough to cast a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tampabay.com\/photos\/2026\/01\/30\/tampa-florida-snow-photos-weather-forecast-cold\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:rare Gulf effect snow;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">rare Gulf effect snow<\/a> around parts of Tampa Bay overnight Saturday into Sunday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Gleeful locals flooded <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/reel\/2749445682060159\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Tampa Bay\u2019s meteorologists;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Tampa Bay\u2019s meteorologists<\/a> with videos of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/reel\/2044352383010606\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:flurries;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">flurries<\/a> from Spring Hill to Tampa to Sarasota, from Pinellas to Pasco to Hernando.
