At Fort Lauderdale\u2013Hollywood International Airport, officials recorded 86 delays and 39 cancellations.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.caribbeannationalweekly.com\/ads\/uber-free-rides-728x90\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img width=\"728\" height=\"90\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Uber-Free-Rides-728x90-1.png\" class=\"no-lazy-load wp-post-image\" alt=\"Uber Free Rides 728x90\" decoding=\"async\" fetchpriority=\"high\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The disruptions followed a historic chill overnight, with Miami\u2019s temperature dropping to 35 degrees Fahrenheit early Sunday morning\u2014the coldest reading since January 10, 2010, when the city also reached 35 degrees. Fort Lauderdale recorded the same low.<\/p>\n<p>The cold snap extended across much of Florida, with reports of snow flurries in the Tampa Bay area on Saturday night. Snow flurries were also observed in Tallahassee.<\/p>\n<p>Florida has seen snowfall only a handful of times in recent decades.
