TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS: Mutual contract termination\u00a0<\/p>\n
Inter Miami CF<\/a> and goalkeeper \u00d3scar Ustari<\/a> have mutually terminated his contract, the club announced Monday.\u00a0<\/p>\n Ustari made 41 appearances across all competitions for Inter Miami last season, recording 10 clean sheets, while helping the club to their first-ever MLS Cup presented by Audi title.<\/p>\n The 39-year-old Argentine originally joined the Herons in Sept. 2024 after a well-traveled career that included stints in Mexico, Spain, England and Argentina.<\/p>\n He made 25 MLS starts and featured in all four FIFA Club World Cup<\/a> matches in 2025 before ceding the starting role to Rocco R\u00edos Novo<\/a> down the stretch.<\/p>\n Earlier this offseason, Inter Miami\u00a0signed<\/a> reigning MLS Goalkeeper of the Year Dayne St. Clair<\/a> in free agency. They also fully acquired<\/a> R\u00edos Novo from Argentine top-flight side Lan\u00fas.<\/p>\n Inter Miami begin their 2026 campaign on Feb. 21 with a visit to LAFC<\/a>\u00a0(9:30 pm ET |\u00a0Apple TV<\/a>). They’ll open their new stadium, Miami Freedom Park, on April 4 against\u00a0Austin FC<\/a>\u00a0(7:30 pm ET |\u00a0Apple TV<\/a>).<\/p>\n
