<\/a><\/p>\nThe Cookie of the Month is a limited-edition strawberry cookie, described as having \u201ca carefully crafted strawberry dough created with housemade strawberry puree.\u201d The dough is filled with dark chocolate and topped with strawberry-infused sugar.<\/p>\n The Eternal Flame cookie is also returning. Gideon\u2019s describes the cookie as \u201ca velvety chocolate cookie laced with the special house-made ancho, cayenne, and cinnamon spice mix, infused with a magical essence of cherry and topped with chocolate-covered cherries.\u201d It will be available every weekend at both locations during February with a limit of two per person.<\/p>\n On Sundays during February, the Eternal Flame cake slice will make a return. The cake slices feature three layers of double-frosted chocolate cake with red cherry buttercream and chocolate fudge buttercream. The Fire & Ice coffee also returns: a Mocha Nitro Cold Brew\u00a0with a touch of spice.<\/p>\n Merchandise featuring Pipistrello Morsel\u00a0is also available for the month. The collection includes the February menu, sticker, T-shirt, and art print!<\/p>\n Pipistrello is also available on a hoodie.
