Chappell.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">According to court documents, Davies wrote a letter to an official at the Charlotte Correctional Institution stating that he had \u201corchestrated the most daring presidential assassination that this country has ever seen,\u201d and that \u201cDonald J.
