A second location followed in Venice in 2022. The Cape Coral restaurant is more than twice the size of its predecessors, offering about 2,600 square feet of indoor dining space plus a 1,200-square-foot backyard patio.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople really like our coffee,\u201d Peacock said. \u201cIt\u2019s brewed by Java D\u2019oro Gourmet Coffee Roasters, right here in Cape Coral. From the beginning, that\u2019s been one of our focuses.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
None of Seed & Bean Market\u2019s standard menu items contain cannabis-derived products. Customers can choose to add hemp-derived options if they wish, but the base menu focuses on clean, natural and organic foods prepared without grease to create a more health-conscious dining experience.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cIf you want, you can add CBD, you can add THC from hemp-derived products,\u201d Peacock said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Peacock said about $1 million was invested in building out the Cape Coral space. Since opening, customer response has been strong.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Coffee, hemp-derived beverages and beer are among the offerings at Seed & Bean Market\u2019s new Cape Coral location, which combines a cannabis cafe concept with a full-service bar.<\/p>\n

The location also is serving another first: Caloosa Kush Hazy Hemp IPA, billed as the first federally approved hemp beer on draft. The beer is brewed in partnership with Brew Theory, an Orlando-area brewery.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have Caloosa Kush, which is the first federally-approved hemp beer,\u201d Peacock said. \u201cWe worked with the federal level for about nine months. We had to submit the recipe and did the testing. Now there\u2019s an actual hemp division with beer.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
Menu offerings include breakfast items, such as bacon Brussels sprouts hash ($13.50), French toast ($15), Eggs Benedict ($17.50) and omelets ($17.50-$18.50); lunch options, including a veggie burger ($20), grilled chicken teriyaki Philly panini ($18.50), blackened shrimp po\u2019 boy ($20) and Green Goddess turkey burger ($20); and dinner selections, such as grilled bone-in pork chop ($24), Joyce Farms grilled chicken breast ($22), brown butter seared salmon ($30) and roasted sweet potato and spinach pesto pasta ($18).\u00a0<\/p>\n
