JFRD crews responding to brush fire behind Westside home (WJXT)<\/p>\n
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2013 Jacksonville Fire and Rescue was on the scene of a brush fire on the city\u2019s Westside Tuesday afternoon. <\/p>\n
The scene is near the intersection of Falkland Road East & Lothmore Road. <\/p>\n
A SnapJAX user posted a video that showed a billow of smoke coming from the fire.<\/p>\n
As of 2:15 p.m., JFRD did not have an estimate on the size of the fire, which it described as active. <\/p>\n
It has requested assistance from the Division of Forestry. <\/p>\n
This is a developing story and News4JAX has a crew headed to the scene. <\/p>\n
