It is about 3 miles north of Ortega Park, formerly known as the Roosevelt Square shopping center.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h902722-p5\" class=\"permalinkable\">Renee Lynn + Glotta Architecture of Kissimmee is the architect. Dugan Building Co.
