College football fans can no longer enjoy the February Signing Period anymore because most prospects have elected to go the route of enrolling early, which is smart because they get with their respective programs earlier.<\/p>\n
However, it still ruins the old times of skipping school\/work for the February Signing Period to see who your team got in the high school ranks. I might sound like an old geezer reminiscing on the times of the past, but college football is filled with unpredictability now. <\/p>\n
Florida State had a productive 2026 recruiting class, which included 32 prospects. This ranked as the 14th-best recruiting class in the 247Sports Composite. This isn’t better than the Jimbo Fisher days, where he was racking in top-five hauls, but this is a solid foundation to build on. <\/p>\n
Florida State landed Tallahassee products Trent Rogers and Keenen Jeune on Signing Day<\/p>\n
Florida State’s roster is filled to the max with scholarship players, but the Seminoles could still obtain preferred walk-on pieces that can make a name for themselves (see Treshaun Ward for an example).
