It will be a while before the 130-acre Cape Coral Grove development takes shape<\/a>, but The News-Press & Naples Daily News harvested city records to get a picture.<\/p>\n

Infrastructure work on the Pine Island Road site begins early in 2026 and vertical construction is estimated for the third quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n

The development, with a bit of the mixed use flavor of Collier County’s Mercato, will be a town center with homes, shops, restaurants and entertainment venues.<\/p>\n
