Rishtedar<\/a> has never been the place for a quiet dinner conversation. Since opening in Wynwood<\/a>, the Chilean-born Indian restaurant has built a reputation for clay-pot curries and dramatic presentations. Now, the team is taking that energy and giving it its own room right next door. <\/p>\n

Rishtedar 305<\/a> is officially open adjacent to the main dining room, operating as a standalone bar with a spice-driven cocktail list. It is the same team on the same block, but the focus here moves from the dinner table to music, lighting, and drinks.<\/p>\n

Rishtedar 305 operates independently of the restaurant, with its own identity and weekly schedule. Thursdays are Bollywood Beats, with modern Bollywood music and a louder party feel. <\/p>\n

Fridays turn into Vimana, described as a darker, moodier night with softer lighting and electronic sets. Saturdays go full weekend mode, naturally, with higher-energy music and a clubbier crowd.<\/p>\n

Keeping with the theme, the bar\u2019s drinks treat cocktails like performances as well. Signature drinks include the \u201cSpicy Mango Margarita,\u201d the \u201cMasala Mule,\u201d and the \u201cHuerto Hind\u00fa.\u201d Zero-proof drinks are also available, including \u201cWatermelon Holi Heat\u201d and \u201cMango Masala Mirage.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sandwiches, Bites, and the \u201cMumbai Hot Dog\u201d<\/p>\n

The food menu sticks to late-night comfort food, starting with sandwiches like the \u201cButter Chicken Crispy,\u201d made with crispy chicken in butter chicken sauce, melted cheese, onions, and pickles. The \u201cMurgh Tikka Sandwich\u201d features chicken with tomato, avocado, and mayo, and the Sheek Kabbab Sandwich piles lamb seekh kebab with cheddar, pickled onions, and watercress.<\/p>\n

Vegetarians get a range of great options, too, including the \u201cBengan,\u201d a crispy eggplant sandwich with achari mango pickle sauce, and the \u201cVada Pav,\u201d a spiced potato patty with avocado, pickled chili, and chutney.<\/p>\n

But the star of the menu is the \u201cMumbai Hot Dog,\u201d a tandoori-style sausage topped with spiced onions, tamarind chutney, and crispy potato sticks in a brioche bun. The bites section runs from \u201cMurgh Tikka Fries\u201d to vegan samosas and \u201cPakoras Mixtas,\u201d a mix of onion, chili, eggplant, mushroom, and paneer fritters.
