The MIAMI Association of REALTORS\u00ae<\/a>\u00a0announced its 2026 leadership\u00a0team\u00a0ahead of its\u00a0Inaugural & Awards Celebration<\/a>, which will be held tomorrow\u00a0at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Former Miami Mayor Francis Suarez will be the keynote speaker.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Alfredo Pujol\u00a0<\/p>\n

Compass Coconut Grove Sales Manager Alfredo Pujol\u00a0is the 2026\u00a0MIAMI\u00a0Chairman\u00a0of the Board.\u00a0A Miami native, Pujol serves as a director of the National Association of REALTORS\u00ae<\/a> and Florida REALTORS\u00ae.\u00a0He\u2019s\u00a0also served as a Broward-Miami\u202fboard\u202fgovernor\u202fsince\u202f2018 and as the 2023\u00a0president of Broward-Miami.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s an honor to serve the greatest association and real estate community in the world,\u201d Pujol said. \u201cWe are One Miami. We are committed to strengthening our industry and empowering our members to serve their clients with excellence, now and in the future.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Dinorah de Cardenas\u00a0<\/p>\n

Dinorah de Cardenas, who founded Real Estate Sales Force with her husband, 2027 Florida REALTORS\u00ae\u00a0President\u00a0Jorge Guerra Jr., was named\u00a02026\u00a0MIAMI Residential President.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cStepping into this role is more than a title\u00a0\u2014\u00a0it\u2019s a commitment to every one of our members,\u201d de Cardenas\u00a0said. \u201cIn 2026, we plan on engaging with intention, empowering with purpose and elevating our industry together.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Denise Chambers Palmer\u00a0<\/p>\n

Denise Chambers Palmer, the founder and managing broker of Keys to Legacy Realty, was named\u00a02026\u00a0MIAMI Commercial President.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Chambers Palmer served as MIAMI\u2019s commercial governor for 2022, 2023 and 2024, and serves on the 2026 NAR Commercial Committee and as a Florida REALTORS\u00ae state director.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cLeading the\u00a0seventh-largest commercial Realtor association in the nation and the largest local real estate board in the United States is both an honor and a responsibility I embrace wholeheartedly,\u201d\u00a0Chambers Palmer\u00a0said. \u201cFor 2026, our mission is to serve our members by focusing on three key pillars: membership engagement, providing targeted education and promoting the value we bring to help our members succeed.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Jaime Kriske,\u00a0a Hobe Sound Broker Associate for Coldwell Banker Realty in Stuart, was named\u00a02026\u00a0president of\u00a0Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound MIAMI.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Darnell Aponte\u00a0<\/p>\n

Darnell Aponte, founder of The Aponte\u00a0Group\u00a0powered by REAL Broker LLC, was named\u00a02026 president of the MIAMI Young Professionals Network.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Aponte is also\u00a0a member of NAR\u2019s Federal Technology Policy Committee and a past state director and governor of the Florida REALTORS YPN Board.\u00a0<\/p>\n
