The much-anticipated ribbon-cutting for Crowne Development\u2019s $100 million Bimini Square project was held Thursday. <\/p>\n
The mixed-use development in the South Cape features luxury apartment living coupled with restaurants, a Lee Health medical facility and marina with boat slips, making this a welcome addition to the continuing revitalization of the city\u2019s original downtown.<\/p>\n
Dignitaries, including city and county officials and project partners, were invited to take part in the ceremony and tour the community campus anchored by a five-story, 218-unit upscale boutique apartment complex offers ample amenities including a rooftop infinity pool and dog park alongside health care services, waterfront dining and a marina. <\/p>\n
The community, along the Caloosahatchee waterfront at 440 Cape Coral Parkway E, offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units featuring private balconies with water, sunset or courtyard views.<\/p>\n
Lee Health recently opened its outpatient clinic and offices at Bimini Square in fall 2025 and is seeing patients.<\/p>\n
A waterfront restaurant, Bimini Basin Seafood & Cocktails, is in the final stages of construction. A House of Omelets is under development. <\/p>\n
