Washington location on Feb. 9-11 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and March 9-11 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>                                    Jalen Campbell<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">As graduation season for the spring semester at UCF quickly approaches, there are several important dates, deadlines and information that graduating seniors need to know.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Students should talk to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/academicsuccess.ucf.edu\/ssa\/advising-offices\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">adviser or academic success coach<\/a>\u00a0at their college to\u00a0understand the specific academic requirements needed for graduation.<\/p>\n<p>        Ceremony and venue information<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">This semester will have\u00a0graduation ceremonies split between May 8 and May 9.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Graduates should arrive at the Addition Financial Arena an hour and a half before their ceremony begins. Doors will be opened to guests an hour before the ceremony begins. The approximate duration of each ceremony is two hours.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Friday, May 8<\/p>\n<p>9 a.m.College of Business AdministrationRosen College of Hospitality Management2 p.m.College of Health Professions and SciencesCollege of MedicineCollege of Nursing7 p.m.College of Arts and HumanitiesNicholson School of Communication and Media<\/p>\n<p>Saturday, May 9<\/p>\n<p>9 a.m.College of Community Innovation and Education\u00a02 p.m.\u00a0College of Sciences (excluding Nicholson School of Communication and Media)7 p.m.\u00a0College of Engineering and Computer ScienceCollege of Graduate StudiesCollege of Optics and Photonics<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Graduates should park in Garage D and must stay through the duration of the ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>Regalia Information<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Graduates are required to wear UCF regalia available for rent only through the UCF Bookstore, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucf.edu\/graduation\/commencement\/#regalia-deadlines\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">UCF Commencement website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In-store cap and gown ordering will take place at the UCF Bookstore in the John T. Washington Center on select dates.<\/p>\n<p>Feb. 9-11, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.March 9-11, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Caps and gowns can also be ordered online through the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/colleges.herffjones.com\/college\/ucf\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Herff Jones website<\/a>\u00a0and must be placed before March 20 to avoid a late fee.\u00a0April 3 is the last day to order regalia.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">For further details, contact the UCF Bookstore at 407-882-0365.<\/p>\n<p>Ticket Information<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Graduates who filed an intent to graduate form before March 16\u00a0and ordered regalia on time will receive their ceremony tickets during the designated dates\/times for guest ticket and reader card pick up.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Guest tickets are to be picked up along with reader cards by each graduate at the main campus.<\/p>\n<p>April 27 to April 30 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at UCF Fairwinds Alumni Center or Barnes and Noble at UCF on East Plaza Drive.May 1 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Barnes and Noble at UCF on East Plaza Drive.<\/p>\n<p>A photo ID is required upon pickup. If a graduate is unable to claim their guest tickets, they can have someone else pick them up if the designated person is provided with a letter authorizing UCF to release the tickets to them.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The letter must include the name of the designated pick-up person, along with the graduate\u2019s full name, UCF ID, academic college,\u00a0major and signature on the letter. The designated third party must also present a copy of the student\u2019s photo ID along with the authorization letter, according to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucf.edu\/graduation\/commencement\/#regalia-deadlines\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">UCF Commencement website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Guests who are unable to make it to the ceremony can watch it via livestream on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@UCFCRCV\/streams\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">YouTube<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">For more information on graduation this semester, visit the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucf.edu\/graduation\/commencement\/#regalia-deadlines\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">UCF Commencement website<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"UCF regalia display at the UCF Bookstore.\u00a0Regalia pick up is available at the John T.
