Quest, Inc. recently recognized employee milestones at its 4th Annual Quest Stars celebration and honored longtime team members.<\/p>\n

Held January 29th at the Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando, the event honors team members who have reached 10 or more years of advancing Quest\u2019s mission of providing person-centered services that empower children and adults with developmental disabilities to live full, independent lives.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s honorees represent 14% of Quest\u2019s total workforce, reflecting the organization\u2019s strong retention and mission-driven culture.<\/p>\n

During the reception, Quest acknowledged employees across multiple service milestones:<\/p>\n

25 employees with 10\u201314 years
\n14 employees with 15\u201319 years
\n13 employees with 20\u201324 years
\n10 employees with 25\u201329 years
\n3 employees with 32\u201334 years
\n1 employee marking 35 years
\n1 employee celebrating 43 years of service<\/p>\n

For many honorees, the most meaningful moments stem from client progress \u2013 whether hearing a child\u2019s first words, seeing a parent\u2019s relief and pride, or witnessing a student independently complete a task for the first time.<\/p>\n
