What to expect: Compact Japanese casual spot with a ~50-seat room, an eight-seat private dining room, a 12-seat patio, and a sushi counter.<\/p>\n
Menu highlights: Sushi, temaki, and rice\/soba bowls with sauces like spicy miso, sesame-ginger, and soy-wasabi; bento boxes for takeout. Fish sourced via a dedicated broker in Japan.<\/p>\n

CVI.CHE 105 \u2014 Sunrise (Sawgrass Mills)<\/p>\n

Monster Burger \u2014 Davie<\/p>\n

Status: Targeting mid-March opening (tentatively March 15, 2026); date subject to change.<\/p>\n
What to expect: Casual counter-order setup; staff run food to tables. Family-friendly \u201cmonster\u201d theme; ~40 indoor seats expected (pending approvals).<\/p>\n
Menu highlights: Three headliners: Monster Burger, Monster Hot Dog, Monster Fries. Signature burger with mozzarella, potato chips, and house sauces (pink, pineapple). Chicken and veggie options, too.<\/p>\n

Who\u2019s behind it: Family team\u2014Claudia Montoya, Diana Montoya, Julio Arcilla, Carlos Mosquera; evolving a food-truck brand launched in 2011.<\/p>\n

Pupusatime \u2014 Hollywood (Relocation)<\/p>\n
Address: 114 N. State Road 7, Hollywood, FL 33021<\/p>\n
Status: Aiming for the second half of February, pending final permits\/inspections.<\/p>\n
What to expect: Larger footprint with ~53 seats, flexible tables for groups, a family-style table, and on-site parking. Brief overlap with the original shop at 5958 Johnson St. #3.<\/p>\n
Menu highlights: Salvadoran pupusas\u2014especially the best-selling revuelta (cheese, refried beans, seasoned pork). More specials and shareables coming post-move.<\/p>\n
Hours: Seven days a week, ~9 a.m.\u20139 p.m.; weekends may extend to midnight; breakfast hours likely later.<\/p>\n
