He said his mandate is clear.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve been tasked with more than doubling the size of the private wealth business in the greater Tampa market,\u201d Glenn said.<\/p>\n<p>Rory Glenn arrives as Tampa Bay accelerates<\/p>\n<p>Glenn spent the last 18 years of his career in the Philadelphia market, working in wealth management and private banking at Citizens Bank. <\/p>\n<p>His career taught him how to build teams, integrate strategy and scale a business without losing sight of the client.<\/p>\n<p>He said he came to Tampa Bay for the timing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI really wanted to find an opportunity where I can make an impact in a community,\u201d Glenn said.<\/p>\n<p>READ: <a href=\"https:\/\/tbbwmag.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">TAMPA BAY BUSINESS NEWS<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tampa Bay is still defining itself as private wealth, commercial expansion and migration converge at once.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFlorida is one of the fastest growing markets, not just in Florida, but the entire nation,\u201d Glenn said.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.census.gov\/library\/stories\/2024\/03\/florida-and-fast-growing-metros.html?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Census Bureau\u2019s<\/a> latest metro latest metro estimates back him up.
