TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Leon County deputies are investigating after a suspect was shot Friday night while allegedly breaking into a home, according to the Leon County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n
The incident transpired at about 9:40 p.m. Friday in the 5400 block of Touraine Drive<\/a>, LCSO wrote in a press release Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n Deputies responded to a report of shots fired in that area, where authorities found a male suffering from a gunshot wound, the sheriff\u2019s office said.<\/p>\n Detectives investigated and determined that the male entered a home uninvited and refused to leave the home after multiple requests from the homeowner, the press release revealed.<\/p>\n The sheriff\u2019s office did not include any additional details regarding the suspect in its statement.
