After more than three decades, the curtains are closing for Orlando\u2019s own Sleuths Mystery Dinner Shows on Orlando\u2019s International Drive.<\/p>\n

The small family-owned and operated theater company said a few days ago that the decision to close was made after being unable to compete with \u201cthe multi-million dollar theme parks and venues in the Orlando area.\u201d<\/p>\n

November 4 will be the last day guests can experience an evening of theatrical murder mystery and eats. Audiences can still catch one of several \u00a0showings before then.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Thought to be the longest-running experience of its kind in the country, Sleuths has provided a home for creative expression and employment for local actors and creatives for 35 years.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe loved providing Orlando with laughs for over three decades and are grateful for all of our guests who came to play with us to help solve tens of thousands of murder mysteries,\u201d the company shared on social media<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

While Sleuths says its final goodbyes, similarly immersive entertainment concept Capone\u2019s Dinner and Show<\/a> has reopened a new location on I-Drive after closing its Kissimmee location last year. The gangster-themed dinner theater concept and speakeasy originally opened back in 1992.\u00a0<\/p>\n
