\n\tDavid and Victoria Beckham<\/a> are doing a little real estate<\/a> spring cleaning and walking away with a tidy profit in the process. The famously stylish couple has sold their full-floor penthouse at One Thousand Museum in downtown Miami<\/a> for nearly $25 million, according to the\u00a0South Florida Business Journal<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tRecords show the seller as Beckham Brand Limited, the London-based company managed by David, with the\u00a0off-market deal\u00a0<\/a>closing at about $2,677 per square foot. The Beckhams picked up the residence brand-new in 2020 for roughly $19.8 million, meaning this latest move scored them an estimated $4.8 million gain. Not bad for a\u00a0pied-\u00e0-terre\u00a0they held for just a few years.<\/p>\n

\n\tPerched on the 59th floor at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard, the roughly 9,200-square-foot spread comes with five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and walls of glass framing postcard-worthy views over Biscayne Bay.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tDesigned by the late Pritzker Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid<\/a>, the 62-story tower looks more like a piece of contemporary sculpture than a residential high-rise, thanks to the dramatic concrete exoskeleton wrapping around its exterior. With only 84 residences, it remains one of Miami\u2019s most architecturally collectible addresses.<\/p>\n

\n\tHedge fund billionaire and\u00a0notorious trophy property collector Ken Griffin<\/a>\u00a0owns two units on the 58th floor, while Market America CEO has her sky mansion\u00a0up for grabs at $24 million<\/a>, well above the $18.5 million she paid in 2021. Not every high-profile seller has struck gold here, however. Grammy-winning singer Marc Anthony sold his unit in the building last year for $8.6 million,\u00a0taking a loss<\/a>\u00a0after paying $11 million in 2022.<\/p>\n

While some segments of South Florida\u2019s luxury condo market have cooled slightly\u2014sales above $1 million dipped 5 percent year-over-year in the fourth quarter, per Analytics Miami\u2014ultra-prime properties north of $20 million\u00a0<\/a>are still trading hands, often without ever being available on the open market.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe condo sale isn\u2019t too much of a surprise. The Beckhams may be scaling back their South Florida footprint, but they aren\u2019t exactly picking up sticks. David\u2019s ownership stake in Inter Miami CF has only deepened the family\u2019s connection to Miami, and, in fact, the Brits doubled down in 2024, dropping a whopping\u00a0$80 million on a waterfront mansion<\/a>\u00a0on Miami Beach\u2019s ultra-exclusive North Bay Road.<\/p>\n

\n\tElsewhere,\u00a0their property portfolio\u00a0<\/a>reads like a greatest-hits tour of luxury living: a stately Victorian townhouse in Holland Park anchors their London life, a countryside estate in the Cotswolds delivers pastoral charm, and they\u2019ve also long kept a residence inside Dubai\u2019s sky-piercing Burj Khalifa.<\/p>\n
