{"id":150741,"date":"2026-02-10T22:00:06","date_gmt":"2026-02-10T22:00:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/150741\/"},"modified":"2026-02-10T22:00:06","modified_gmt":"2026-02-10T22:00:06","slug":"grand-living-at-tamaya-sells-for-36-million","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/150741\/","title":{"rendered":"Grand Living at Tamaya sells for $36 million"},"content":{"rendered":"<p id=\"h905234-p1\" class=\"permalinkable\">Jacksonville senior living community Grand Living at Tamaya sold Feb. 6 for $36 million.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h905234-p2\" class=\"permalinkable\">The property is at 3270 Tamaya Blvd., northeast of Kernan and Beach boulevards.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h905234-p3\" class=\"permalinkable\">Ryan Companies US Inc. of Minneapolis sold the property through Tamaya Senior Living LLC.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h905234-p4\" class=\"permalinkable\">Artemis Real Estate Partners of Chevy Chase, Maryland, bought it through 3270 Tamaya Blvd Owner LLC.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h905234-p5\" class=\"permalinkable\">Ryan Companies and Artemis Real Estate Partners work together to invest and operate facilities in the senior living and healthcare sector.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h905234-p6\" class=\"permalinkable\">Artemis Real Estate Partners took out a $29.35 million mortgage with Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC of New York.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"h905234-p7\" class=\"permalinkable\">Grand Living at Tamaya was built in 2019 on 6.14 acres. It is 192,088 square feet and four stories. \u00a0It has independent and assisted living and memory care units.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h905234-p8\" class=\"permalinkable\">There is a 90-day option for those who wanting to spend winter months in Florida.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h905234-p9\" class=\"permalinkable\">It has a restaurant-style dining area, movie theater, fitness center, several community spaces, a meditation area, a pool and spa, outdoor recreation and a chauffeured vehicle for off-campus appointments.
